Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

 

The right candidate is a passionate Sales Consultant who creates a story and sales pitch that inspires excitement, with an outgoing, warm phone presence!

  • Sales Consultants negotiate and close contracts with US and Global clientele.
  • Professional and persuasive selling
  • Become an expert in selling luxury fragrance products and marketing services.
  • Closer with a consultative sales approach
  • Update CRM system with client information
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years inside sales experience
  • Luxury lifestyle brand experience preferred.
  • Confidence in closing C-Level individuals and high-end clientele
  • Looking for sales reps who perform in the top 10%!
  • Contract negotiation
  • Strong closing experience
  • Money motivated and commission focused
  • Competitive, outgoing, and high energy!
  • Exception phone presence and sales approach
  • Results-driven
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • CRM experience, SalesForce preferred but not required
  • Ability to work cohesively within a competitive sales team
