Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Help understand and document client processes across various functional and industry areas
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to identify areas for improvement in client operations and business areas
  • Engage with client stakeholders to conduct interview and understand the current state of their business process
  • Designing a future state business process that helps clients meet their aspirational KRAs/KPIs
  • Create pro-active and reactive proposals to clients that help meet their short and long term transformational goals – keep abreast of industry and technology trends
  • Enable AI usage in client projects to drive process transformation and business benefits
  • Strong proficiency in Six Sigma/Lean and other process improvement methodologies
  • Strong familiarity with Analytics, Process Management and GenAI toolkits

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, computer science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting or internal transformation roles
  • Expertise in one or two functional areas or industry verticals (preferably Healthcare or Insurance)
  • Experience working in transformational roles in a BPO environment
