Purpose

A seasoned leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex contact center transformation projects. This includes managing cross-functional teams through all project phases — from initiation to closure — with a strong emphasis on scope control, quality assurance, and timely execution.

 

This position is 25-75% hybrid depending on the season and business need. Please expect partial work at home and partial onsite in Plano, TX.

 

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading project delivery for medium to large-scale contact center platform deployments, including integrations, migrations, and customizations.
  • Acting as the primary client interface, facilitating governance through steering committees, risk reviews, and status updates.
  • Overseeing milestone tracking and billing alignment with contract terms, ensuring timely invoicing through coordination with finance.
  • Managing internal team assignments, identifying resource gaps, and supporting onboarding for new roles.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience in IT or customer experience domains.
  • Proven ability to manage both delivery execution and commercial aspects (invoicing, forecasting, and change control).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge on contact center technologies such as Genesys Cloud, Cisco, or Sprinklr is a strong advantage.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
