TP’s Executive Recruiting Team focuses on delivering outstanding service to our internal clients as we concentrate on recruiting at the Director level and above, emphasizing Business Development.

 

In this role, you will support the Senior Director for Executive Recruiting, with a focus on attracting top-tier executive talent with a significant focus on the business development function. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for recruiting and experience supporting an enterprise-level organization. 

 

You will provide white glove service to our internal clients/key stakeholders and candidates:

  • Approaching each search with a focus on the current state of the business and building out job descriptions that are sensitive to each leader’s needs and requirements in alignment with the role.
  • Exercising the utmost discretion, working closely with managers/stakeholders to assess talent without compromising TP or the incumbent in the market.
  • Closely aligning talent to determine if they are a match against the specification, enthusiastic about the opportunity, and a cultural fit with the organization.
  • Focus on delivering best-in-class candidate experience from sourcing prospects/building talent pipelines and initial candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process.

 

As a part of the Global Executive Recruiting Team, you will be a partner and brand ambassador for TP in the marketplace and uphold a high standard of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit top-tier candidates for executive positions (Director level and above) with a focus on the business development function.
  • Assess your stakeholders’ most pressing needs and organizational goals.
  • Conduct an initial intake call with the hiring manager and drive the creation of a position specification to ensure KPIs, responsibilities, qualifications, and experiences are accurately represented to the internal and external marketplace.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing approaches or techniques by using a variety of channels and presenting detailed candidate profile summaries to the hiring manager.
  • Conduct the first interview to assess hard and soft skills and ensure the candidate aligns with the agreed-upon position specification and cultural fit, saving the hiring manager valuable time.
  • Develop sustainable candidate talent pools and define strategies for healthy pipelines.
  • Conduct the appropriate background, reference, and/or credit checks to ensure candidates fit the role.
  • Advise stakeholders with best recruiting practices and outside-the-box solutions.
  • Help ensure a superior candidate and client experience throughout a search; communicate regularly with candidates, clients, and team members to keep all parties appraised of the engagement status; obtain feedback after candidate interviews and ensure all information is updated in real-time in our ATS.
  • Facilitate negotiation of executive compensation packages and terms.
  • Utilize recurring tools, like LinkedIn, to identify the right talent.
  • Research and stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align executive recruitment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and lead executive recruitment projects as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to be self-driven, effective at time management, and adaptable under tight deadlines in this remote role.

 

The First-Year Objectives

  • Help support Executive Recruiting for TPUSA by carrying out a full complement of executive-level searches.
  • Become a power user of our Executive ATS tool, Thrive TRM, working in real-time and educating/training hiring managers to utilize the new platform as necessary.
  • Build a talent community—identify talent at our competitors and other key companies and create talent pools inside of Thrive to help us get into the market faster on future searches.
  • Build relationships and partner with internal clients/leaders to keep abreast of current and anticipated business needs.
  • Stay current on LinkedIn to help build the company brand and increase the visibility of TP in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • BPO industry experience preferred.
  • 5-plus years of recruiting experience, with prior experience supporting Executive (Director and above) placements required.
  • Prior experience supporting the hiring of sales/business development executives preferred.
  • Prior experience successfully working in a remote role required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Power user of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
  • Relationship builder: demonstrated ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders and be viewed as a strategic partner in the recruiting process.
  • Ability to maintain high professionalism when interacting with senior-level executives, clients, and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
