POSITION SUMMARY

Entry-level position on the Desktop Support Team reporting directly to the Lead Desktop Engineer

PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• · Assist with the installation and maintenance of all computer hardware and software
• · Repair or upgrade computer systems as needed
• · Assist with building equipment bundles to ship out to employees
• · Provide Tier 1 level support on hardware and software technical issues on site and via Teams Chat
• · Troubleshoot with employees for any issues they are experiencing with equipment and provide guidance / resolution steps
• · All other duties as requested by the leadership

• Must have computer related work experience.
• · Experience in managing inventory of equipment
• · Experience in virtual networking setup using VMware
• · Hands on experience troubleshooting hardware
• · Ability to view a computer monitor for several hours at a time
• · Candidates must have open availability and able to work additional hours as needed
• · Able to work on site in Warren, MI but there is availability to be hybrid and work some time from home
